Customer Service Advisor in Coventry Temp for 12 months
**Your new company**
A large manufacturing business that operates both in the UK and nationally. Based in Coventry, this business is looking for talented and hardworking people to support a growing business.
**Your new role**
You will be working within the customer service team, taking calls from customers and supporting with a variety of enquiries. You will be coordinating with engineers and you will need to be comfortable handling and resolving any customer complaints. This rolealso involves logging, bookings and other general admin duties where accuracy needs to be 100%. Calls can be anything from general enquiries to emergencies. You will be working at pace to ensure each job is logged and dealt with accordingly. This positionis 40 hours a week working Monday-Friday 5am-2pm This role is maternity cover for 12 months.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Proven customer service experience and a confident telephone manner. You must be able to work well within a team and have good IT skills.
**What you'll get in return**
Competitive salary of £22369 per annum plus £2k shift allowance, modern office based in Coventry, Monday-Friday working hours, on site parking, 12 month temporary position.
