The main objectives of this statement of work can be summarized as follows:
Testing Activities
Under the direction/guidance of a Test Director, the software tester will develop test procedures, execute test procedures and report test results. This includes the following activities:

- Develop/conduct manual test procedures
- Develop/conduct unit and automated testing of software components
- Report automated and manual test results
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings
PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
The contractor is expected to give the service off site.
The Service on-site can also be arranged with the project manager.
There may be required to travel to NCI Agency The Hague and other sites within NATO for completing these tasks. Travel expenses will be reimbursed to the individual directly (outside this contract) under NATO rules. Travel arrangements will be the responsibilityof the contractor and the expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.3 of AAS Framework Contract and within the limits of the NCIA Travel Directive
This Service must be accomplished by ONE contractor. In the event the contractor leaves during the contract period, he or she shall be replaced by a new contractor who has the required qualifications and is acceptable. Normal NCI Agency Terms and Conditionsapply.
The contractor will provide the service under NCI Agency contract. He or she will give the service remotely accessing the laboratories at the NCI Agency as a member of the Command and Control Centre under the supervision of the JTS/FAST Product Owner or delegatedstaff.
QUALIFICATIONS
The consultancy support for this service requires a software tester with the following qualifications:
