**Brief job description**:
We are looking for a motivated and keen individual to join our team as a full time retoucher. Working on Capture 1 and Adobe Photoshop this individual must have a good understanding of both programs. This role is predominantly editing for the FORWARDspace brand, processing and retouching all interior work we shoot. There will be scope and potential for the right individual to also be involved in the work with Ben Benoliel on the fashion and content work for numerous clients.

Your duties will include following
- Working alongside the production and photography team to manage the workflow and ensure our KPI and SLAs are met
- Gathering and processing the projects using our capture one guidelines and recipes
- Retouch to a high standard and with a careful attention to detail on adobe photoshop
- Uploading and managing the completed work between 2812 and our clients
- Working with clients and photographers on any retouch amends or feedback when necessary
- Working with Ben Benoliel to continually analyse and improve our retouch treatments, techniques and processes across the business

Skills Required
- Effective and confident communicator
- Good experience with Phase One, Adobe suite specifically Photoshop
- Organised and diligent file structures

Training to be provided

Training and guidelines to be provided by Ben Benoliel on our standard operating procedure and all processes we currently use.
