Brilliant Full time Baker required for busy Kiwi owned Café in the beautiful Richmond Surrey
Must have a Passion for Baking, Industry experience not necessary.
We are a small café but a busy one We like to keep a friendly, cosy atmosphere.
We prepare all our food on site and to a high standard.
We use fresh quality ingredients some from very local markets.
Our breakfast and lunch menu is created with a NZ /English flare and we definitely pride ourselves on our quality ingredients and dishes. Our coffee is awesome and is made with love from our fully trained baristas.
Our real asset is that we bake everything on the premises sticking with the homemade fresh theme and let’s face it that doesn’t happen a lot these days
This is an energetic, creative role and you must have experience in baking or be a keen enthusiastic baker at home. This job includes baking, cleaning, helping the chef with prep and general baking duties.
You should also have good communication skills and the initiative to come up with new ideas and bake on your own. We have a great close knit team here so we are looking for someone energetic and friendly to fit the bill.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Passion for food preparation and presentation
- Shifts start relatively early so ideally live close to the Richmond area
- Work well in a small team and get along easily with team mates
- Thrive in busy situations and work well under pressure
- Have a good sense of humour
- Position is Full time 30+ hours Starting 6am-12pm
