We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and motivated individual to join our inpatient admin coordination team. Our coordination team are integral to the smooth running of the ward to support excellent patient care.

You will work as part of the mutli-disciplinary team to coordinate the flow of patients and information through the wards. This may be relating to admissions from our acute hospitals, liaison with health professionals and relatives visiting the ward or maintaining stock and medical supplies. We work as a team so train all staff in all aspects of the role but can support staff to specialise and take on responsibility in specific areas if they have a special interest.

The role includes some telephone contact with patients, relatives, and a broad range of staff across the organisation. You will need to be computer literate, be familiar with Microsoft Office and have good communication, with a positive, flexible approach to your workload.
