**About the school**:
Here at Vision for Education we work with various primary schools and nurseries across Crawley and West Sussex. From small one-form entry schools to larger city-based schools, we will find the right setting for you As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be enrolled onto our free National Teaching Assistant Programme which consists of online training and a placement within a school.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

- To be able to work in either Nursery, Primary, Secondary or SEND
- Have a passion for supporting and helping children
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team
- Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
- Be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
