**Your New Role**:
We are looking to strengthen our Property team with the appointment of a Property Manager to support with the management of core estate in UK&IRE

As we continue to grow as a strong, exciting and engaging brand across the globe, we need a driven and passionate Property Manager to support our ever-growing estate.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, this role will offer variety and great exposure in a fast paced and exciting environment where no two days are the same.***

The position will require hybrid working, split between working from home, in the Frimley support office and travelling to stores and off-site meetings across UK&I.

**Your new role will include**:

- Management of the core estate in UK & IRE
- Assisting with the setting and management of the property budget and ensuring the budget is achieved
- Play an integral role in the shaping, defining and development of the 3-year estate plan and ensuring the execution
- Aiding with rolling core estate refurbishment programme projects
- Maintaining the property database and deed packets
- Help to create and draft Board papers for lease event approvals

**You’ll fit right into the Krispy Kreme family if you have**:

- 3 + years post qualification experience
- Possess a broad knowledge of the commercial property market including; _Landlord & Tenant Legislation, Business Rates, Service Charge/Insurance, Statutory Property Maintenance, _Planning Legislation and a basic awareness of Health and Safety,_
- Ideally you will have client-side experience in a similar role
- A background in; Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Fast Food or Restaurants would be an advantage
- The ability to build relationships, guide, and influence key internal & external stakeholders
