We are looking for a People Services Administrator to join our client the Food Standard Agency (FSA) on a temporary basis
- Client/Role: Food standard agency - People Services Administrator
- Location: York city centre
- Hybrid Approach (need to be able to commute to York office)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, 9 - 5
- Salary: £12.72 per hour (£24,473 per year)
- Assignment length: Temporary until the end of March 2023 (could possibly be extended)

**Overview of role:
**Due to an ongoing internal restructure, a temporary resource is required to carry out the day to day management of FSA staff reward and recognition scheme and administrative support on health, safety and well-being requirements

Day to day management of the FSA reward and recognition scheme, key responsibilities will include:

- Processing awards, monitoring awards, maintaining comprehensive records of reward submissions and providing management information working to monthly payroll deadlines.
- Act at single point of contact (SPOC) for third part benefits supplier submitting monthly joiner and leaver reports, respond to queries from supplier and staff requiring access/have questions.
- Responsible for providing administrative support on the health, safety and well-being outputs for the business, including:

- Providing support in following up open incidents, outstanding reports, and circulating to managers in the business outputs from the internal health, safety and well-being management system.
- Cleansing area reports and summarising outputs, collaborating with other stakeholders to calculate working days lost and report errors that need rectifying

**Skills & Experience required for the role**:

- Strong administration background
- Confident with all MS office packages (word, excel, outlook etc)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Experience of working in pay & reward and/or diversity & inclusion and/or HR policy and employee relations (desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
