As we continue to grow and succeed, we are now looking for a Senior Project Director to drive our project activity, play a key role in our growth and ensure every project is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.

**The Role**
As the Senior Project Director, you will be tasked with overall responsibility for the projects we take on. This role will see you solving high-level problems and seeing projects through to their conclusion, acting proactively and with the drive to see thehighest quality work and finish for each one.
Working on projects either directly or indirectly through your team, you will manage project activity and act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring each project is successfully completed.
You’ll operate ‘hand-in-glove’ with the BDM team, supporting them with leads and providing advice. You’ll meet with clients to scope projects and resolve queries and identify compelling reasons why clients should work with us, presenting these to clients toposition us as the industry authority.
The main goals of your role will be:

- To develop new and existing relationships through regular contact and meetings
- To maintain awareness of market trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry
- To ensure all opportunities are properly qualified and lead of maximising potential
- To generate a network of contacts who can provide a steady flow of introductions
**About You**
To be considered as the Senior Project Director, you will need:

- Proven progressive experience in the construction industry with a good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of building
- Specific successful experience working as a trusted advisor on projects
- Proven experience in a Project Management role taking sole responsibility for large scale projects
- Experience in relationship management at a senior level
- Evidence of experience working on multiple projects simultaneously that require adaption of skillset.
- Experience in identifying and training potential team members
