**PMO ANALYST - CIRENCESTER - 35-40K A YEAR + BENEFITS**
A fantastic opportunity with one of our Financial Technology clients has become available. This is a perfect role for a well versed and proactive PMO Analyst who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role with good career progression prospects.
Your role as a Programme Management Office Analyst will be to provide support within the Programme Management Office. You will need to be within a commutable distance of Cirencester due this being a hybrid working role which will involve being on site 1-2days a week and the rest working from home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones.
- Supporting the adoption of the project life-cycle and deliverables.
- Programme level risk and issue coordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service.
- Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project governance arrangements.
- Defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance.
- Contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
**Skills Required**:
- Proven PMO analyst experience delivering the implementation of new technologies.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the Project Online tool-set.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels within an organisation.
- Proven ability to assimilate rapidly into a complex, dynamic environment and quickly become independently productive.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Knowledge of Project Online, Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and Project methodologies such as Waterfall/Agile.
