The Cavalry & Guards Club is a Private Members Club that represents history, tradition, timeless elegance and quiet efficiency plus that all-important personal touch. This gracious building, which is more a home than an institution, is situated at the Hyde Park Corner end of Piccadilly, in the heart of Mayfair, with wonderful views of Green Park.

Due to business expansion, we're looking to hire a **Cellarman **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards of cellaring processes.
- Monthly stocktakes and weekly spot checks
- Maintain a clean and tidy and well-functioning cellar environment
- Stock control/ Stock purchases
- Goods receiving entry
- Outlet stock replenishment
- Requisitions’ processing
- Wastage recording

**What we need**:

- Possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Communicates regularly, efficiently, and effectively with team members.
- Someone who has Supplier contacts (Advantage)
- Experience and knowledge of wines
- IT literate
- Cellar management experience (an advantage)
- The role often entails lifting and carrying heavy goods (good physical condition is an advantage)
- Organisation skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
