- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in individuals' physical or mental health
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care possible

- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and compassion for individuals in need
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
