A forward thinking and leading business located in the East Leeds area have need for an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Controller to play a key role in finance. This is a newly created role due to business growth.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

- Complete ownership of the sales ledger.
- Query resolution.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Finance Team with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Supporting the Management Accountant with ad-hoc financial accounting tasks including purchase ledger, general ledger, and infrastructure management.

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience is essential to this recruitment:

- Minimum of 3 years transactional experience with Sales and/or Purchase Ledger is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal & written - are required.
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel are essential.
- Attention to detail, organised and methodical approach is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
