Hays Engineering are pleased to be assisting an Engineering Consultancy in Bristol in the recruitment of Nuclear Safety Personnel to join their expanding team.
**Your new role**
On joining our client's growing Engineering team, you will make a leading contribution to the company's success by providing nuclear safety and process engineering advice to the design, operation, maintenance, defueling and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
You will liaise and work with operators, designers, key SQEPs, and other technical experts within the nuclear licensee, building strong working relationships across the company and their client organisations. You will deliver success by leading on all aspectsof the project lifecycle, from the identification of opportunities and production of bids, through project management and delivery, to project close out.
You will lead and/or oversee engagement with clients during all project phases and support business development by fostering strong client relationships.
**What you'll need to succeed**

You should be a Chartered engineer or working towards Chartership with a professional institution. You should have experience in the following: defining safety case strategies and communicating these to stakeholders, deriving safety functional requirements,leading optioneering workshops, specifying and overseeing the production of supporting analyses, and experience in safety case authoring and oversight.
**What you'll get in return**This role is being offered with a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience, as well as:
