Vets Now is renowned as the UK’s leading provider of emergency pet care, offering trusted services to over 1700 veterinary practices across the country. With 60 plus dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals, we are committed to delivering compassionate care when pets need it most.

**Role Overview**
- Be the face of emergency and critical care services
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions
- Provide updates to clients
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en-route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance
- Handle administration duties
- Perform administrative tasks accurately

**Working pattern**
- **Week 1: Monday and Tuesday: 19:00-23:00; Saturday: 12:00-17:00 and Sunday: 17:00-22:00**:

- **Week 2: Monday and Tuesday: 19:00-23:00 and Sunday: 17:00-22:00**

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
