Are you a talented Telephone Sales Advisor or are you aiming to be one?

**The Role**:
In the Telephone Sales Advisor role you'll report to the Business Development Manager and will be primarily responsible for being the 1st respondent to all new leads and enquiries that are generated by the business.
**Specific tasks include**:

- Working in the central support team
- Offering support and advice to all enquiries, and answering any questions that the customer may have
- Completing reports as required
- Introducing and selling tailored care and support to all potential customers

This position is based in the company's Gravesend office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are 08:30 - 17:00.
To be the right person for Telephone Sales Advisor role you will need previous experience of working within care.
We also need you to have prior experience of telesales and cold calling or telesales.
We need you to be Car Driver.

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Telephone Sales Advisor role is between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
You'll also receive other benefits with the role which include quarterly outings and anniversary celebration.
