24 hours per week with potential to move to full time for the right person.

BLG is a growing family run Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping company based in the West Midlands working on both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an additional member of our team to enable us to expand further. Ideally you will have grounds maintenance experience and the use of commercial machinery, eg
- mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers etc. A full UK driving licence and own transport is essential. This is a physically demanding role and you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. The following attributes are a key requirement - enthusiasm, honesty, loyalty and punctuality. There will also be an opportunity to work in other areas of the business for the right person - construction, general property maintenance, assisting tradesmen and landscaping. PA1/PA6 spraying licence highly desirable or the willingness to work towards.

A one month trial period is required to assess suitability. You will be required to work as part of a 2 man team so be able to take instructions from a senior member of the team. From time to time you will be required to work alone.
