We are seeking an ERP Technical Project Manager, to act as a lead project manager for our complex ERP (Oracle Cloud) improvement projects. This role will have involvement with our ongoing programme of ERP improvements, supporting the development and deliveryof our ERP Strategy.

This role involves ensuring that business representatives, SME colleagues and suppliers work together to deliver improvements to National Highway’s Oracle Fusion Cloud service to time and within budget. The role requires a flexible but structured approach,and a willingness to contribute to a wide range of issues and improvements within Oracle Cloud, financials, projects, supply chain management. Reporting to our ERP Programme Manager, you will also support the ERP Subject Matter Expert team in delivering ourstrategic projects and supporting the management of the service improvement roadmap. A key aspect of this role will be to assist in the development of the ERP project delivery process, the toolset.

What you’ll be leading on

Delivery of ERP improvement Projects for which the role is responsible.
Support the development of the HE ERP Strategy
Manage the ERP improvement project portfolio
Provide support and guidance to SME’s managing projects within the ERP improvement project portfolio.
Develop a standard toolset of project management tools (project initiation documents, scope documents, RAID logs, project plans, etc)
Develop ERP project delivery process improvements as identified.
Support Integration testing as required in preparation for the quarterly cycle of Fusion Cloud and PaaS (Platform as a Service) upgrades.
Ownership and Initiative - Management level - takes accountability for issues or problems within their project even when passing responsibility for resolving the problem to others, until the problem has been mitigated and / or resolved but retaining accountability.
Problem Management - management level - Is skilled in the of planning and forecasting and the different ways to develop a plan leads activity on resolution of plans. Escalating problems with recommended solutions where necessary.
