Position: ECO 4 Submissions Administrator

**Salary**: Starting at £20,000 - £25,000 per year, PLUS a highly achievable monthly bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 with early finish on Fridays.

Help You Save is on the lookout for ECO 4 Submissions Administrators to join our dynamic team.

As part of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing data and ensuring compliance, crucial for successful project submissions.

**Main Duties -**
- Screening all relevant documentation, photos, and certificates for any non-compliances.
- Reaching out to partners with additional data requirements and following up on your request.
- Correcting paperwork to adhere to compliance guidance.
- Compiling complete data packs upon project completion for submission to the ECO4 Scheme.
- Cross-checking photographs with installation notes to ensure accuracy.
- Submitting compliant paperwork packs to our funders and utility partners.
- Performing general administration duties.
- Previous experience within the Eco sector would be beneficial for success in this position.

**What we are looking for -**
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiar with Google spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Time management, the ability to work towards deadlines.
- The ability to work towards deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great concentration allowing you to screen data for long periods.
- Willingness to continuously learn.
- Experience in ECO4 is preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
