ITS Construction Personnel are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join our team in Swansea as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The successful applicant will become trained and developed in the supply of temporary labour and trades to the construction & associated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactive generation of vacancies by telephone and face to face meetings
Management of the recruitment process from start to finish
Client negotiation
Development of new clients
Development of existing client business to improve repeat business and retain clients
Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums

Excellent communication skills
Confident in your ability to deliver high quality customer service
A desire to exceed sales targets
