**Key responsibilities**

Our **Tractor Drivers **are a key part of our Vineyard team and are responsible for general farm maintenance and Vineyard machinery operations. This role will also support the care of wild stock and assist with fencing as well as supervising Vineyard Operatives.

This role involves most vineyard tasks which will include, but is not limited to, weeding, hoeing, grinding roots, leaf stripping, grape picking, bud rubbing, tying down, strimming, trellising, training, fertilizing and mechanical weeding, seeding, conventional and organic spray treatments, ploughing, mulching, cultivating, mowing and pruning the vines.

One of the most important roles in the year for Tractor Drivers is to operate our harvest machinery to harvest our yield of grapes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tractor driving and working on a farm
- A full, clean driving licence with own transport
- This role is working a 5 over 7 shift pattern.
- Flexibility on start and finish times upon request
- Work well in a team and be a team player.
- A flexible, can do attitude and ability to embrace change.

**An advantage**
- Experience and/or interest in vineyard work.
- PA1 and PA3 certificate.
- Telescopic Forklift licence
