**The Role & Key Responsibilities**:
**Job Title**: Machine Operator

**Location**: Monmouth, Wales

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent.

**Shift pattern**: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 15:15 (Overtime available during peak times)

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a talented Production Operative to join our close-knit Powder Filling Team, a diverse group of Ten employees responsible for filling Pots, Bags, Pouches, and Buckets.

If you have a background in food operations or FMCG, you are exactly who we are looking for. Your experience will assist us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Powder Filling, accurately and efficiently fill Pots, Bags, Pouches, and Buckets according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Quality Control, monitor the filling process to ensure that products meet the company’s quality specifications.
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including cleaning production equipment, tools, and utensils regularly.
- Operate machines in line with SOPS and as instructed by Team Leader and Machine Operators
- Assist Machine Operators / Senior Operators with machine changeovers always minimising downtime.

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a production or warehouse environment - Desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
- Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
- High level of attention to detail with a right first-time approach
- Good numeracy skills
- Flexible offered during peak periods.
