Shear Success is seeking a Hair Stylist to join our team in Tamworth. We are a boutique salon that specializes in color, cut, and blow drying services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hairdressing and is looking to grow their career with us. The apprentice will also have a day at college which will be in Birmingham.

**Responsibilities**
- Create new client bookings by offering high-quality, professional services
- Maintain clean and organized work stations
- Greet clients and answer any questions that the client may have
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships
- Understand and comply with health and safety standards
- Perform hair-related services
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including but not limited to: appearance policy, appearance policy compliance, appearance policy compliance training
