At BPM Contracting Services, we provide high-quality building maintenance to a wide variety of mainly public sector clients including Local Authorities, housing associations, healthcare and schools across Bath, Bristol and the South West.

**What you’ll be doing**

As Yardperson, you will oversee the organisation of our site headquarters in Bath, including being responsible for vehicle maintenance, and ensuring materials & tools are stored in a safe, efficient and tidy manner. You will also be required to work on various client sites on an ad hoc basis, depending on business needs. This means you could be assisting an electrician, carpenter or plumber with site visits (including domestic and commercial), meaning you’ll be responsible for ensuring everything is kept tidy and organised, or even assist with general tasks under their instruction and supervision.

This role is yours to own and make sure you are working in the most efficient, effective manner to ensure we’re working to the highest possible quality.

Ideally you will have a trades, labour or construction background, with an interest in the industry.
