Since 1915, we’ve provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support to tens of thousands of blind veterans.- Do you work in the care industry and would enjoy providing support to members where the people we care for are at the heart of the service they receive?

- As a Bank Healthcare Support, you will:

- Plan and deliver outstanding person-centred care and support which meets legislative requirements.
- Provide support to members in all areas of their lives in and out of the centre. This will include delivering personal care, assistance when engaging with activities in and around the centre, and escorting members on a daily basis on trips and to places of interest.
- Work with the wider centre team to ensure all members visiting our centre of wellbeing have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us.
- You must be confident and friendly and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous care experience is preferred as well as a good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Healthcare Assistant. An NVQ Level 2 in Care (or equivalent) is essential.
