Social Media Marketing Executive

**PropertyX** - a fast growing property investment, education and sourcing business.

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and positive individual to join our fast growing small business - currently we have a combined audience of 44,000 followers (33,000 on YouTube and approximately 10,000 on instagram).

The role we are recruiting for is a Social Media Marketing Executive, and the hours will be office based (in Lancing, West Sussex), starting at 21 hours per week. This is a developing role, so there is potential to increase hours in the future.

**Content Creation**
- Create social media posts (including text, images, videos and infographics)
- Schedule social media posts
- Arrange guests for videos and podcasts
- Create blogs for our website (property-x.co.uk)

**Community Management**
- Organise events and venues for customer meet-ups
- Engage with comments and mentions on social media
- Engage within our member community app and post relevant content

**Strategy and Growth**
- Look for new ways to drive attention for the business
- Generate marketing ideas based on trends

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Meet monthly KPIs
- Track 7 day analytics of each post
- Track activity to PropertyX website

**Administrative Duties**
- Assisting Founder Justin in daily tasks

PropertyX help aspiring property investors to get started in their journey of building a property investment portfolio.

We are looking for a creative member to join our small business and help share content with our audience.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to create social media posts
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
- Knowledge of property would be helpful, but not essential
- Fluent in English

**Role Specifics**
- Office based role (located in Lancing)
- £12 per hour, total of 21 hours available per week
- Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5pm
- Annual bonus scheme
- On site parking
- Casual dress
