**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity within Customer Development & New Channel for a Communications Manager to join the team on a temporary basis for approx. 12 months.

The role will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing PR & Promotional strategies across multiple platforms using both traditional methods and digital media with an objective of communicating to both a B2B and B2C audiences to drive greaterawareness of UKG’s brands. In addition to this you will support promotional and digital activity with key customers.
Other requirements of the role include:

- You will be a competent writer and have experience of developing PR strategies, researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
- You will plan, initiate, implement, deliver and manage promotional and digital marketing campaigns containing compelling and engaging content.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating content on the company’s website.
- You will manage and update information with an aim of engaging with users on social media platforms.
- You will liaise with third party digital agencies and marketing agencies, developing creative briefs plus maintaining all digital platforms (including website and brand social media).
- You will be responsible for developing and managing reports to measure all activities and ROI on a regular basis.
You should have knowledge and experience of working with all forms of Digital and Social media measurement tools and the technology that drives them, along with excellent PC skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential.
You will have a Marketing and Media Communications background, either educationally or through work experience. Experience of working within a Marketing department or media agency is preferred but not essential.
