Our New Product Development team have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic Category Lead. The role will be responsible for the management of the Category team, offering support and guidance, prioritising NPI projects and implementing product strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of the channel vision, through developing a product roadmap that aligns with channel requirements and is customer focused
- Ownership of new product delivery, working within the framework of our standardised project plans and processes
- Development of the category strategy, managing the product lifecycle including E&O and maintaining a rolling 12-month forecasts at range level
- Lead and support the category team

You will have the ability to develop and maintain stake holder relationships - intently knowing our customers and consumers. This will be achieved by utilising the network of internal & external relationships and resources to reach business goals.

Part of this role involves being a constant coach, stretching yourself & others to consistently raise expectations to support growth. Leading a competent team, with the ability to Navigate complexity and ambiguity by being agile & resilient
