**Description**

We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated person with a can-do attitude. As a growing business we need a personality who will develop a team that will strive to exceed expectations and deadlines and push the boundaries of capabilities whilst ensuring a high quality operation is maintained at all times. Reporting to the _Operations Manager,_ this is a hands on role that will be based at our Rugby based warehouse.

The role is a fundamental part of the warehouse team to maintain focus on quality and continuous improvement to ensure an efficient operation is achieved at our warehouse whilst keeping customer satisfaction at the core of the service provided. You will oversee the day to day flow of goods into, through and out of the warehouse to the point of delivery. You will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient, have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing a team of up to 8 FTE, you will be responsible for ensuring the goods in and out operate efficiently
- Ensuring accurate picking, packing and despatch of orders within required time frame
- Managing operative numbers, hiring and training team with changes in seasonal demand
- Use WMS software system to optimize warehouse functionality and distribution
- Ensure stock accuracy through standard procedures - Understand stock discrepancy & issues
- Work closely with transport and customer care team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved
- Receiving and logging any incoming stock, communicating potential quality, supplier and logistic risks as they arise
- Operate MHE (counterbalance) training will be given
- Overseeing warehouse clean and tidy
- Constantly reviewing and improving processes
- Responsible for H&S of your operatives

**Individual Requirements**
- Previous experience working in a Warehouse Supervisor role
- MHE licence preferred (standard counterbalance) training will be given
- Must be physically fit as some lifting involved in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Be self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to do well within the workplace
- Reliable
- A good team player

**Desirable**
- Previous experience of working with construction products
- IOSH/NEBOSH
