Magna Accident Services is a Credit Hire Company based in Ingham, approximately 13 miles from Lincoln and 10 miles from Gainsborough. We offer free onsite parking and encourage car sharing when suitable. We are a family business, and many in our team have been with us for more than 10 years. **Job Title**:Recoveries Handler

**Hours**:Full time - 37.5 hours per week

**Overview**

Magna provide a package of services following a non-fault road accident. We are looking for the right people to join our expanding recoveries team.

You will be working within a small team to chase settlement of payment packs with insurers. You will be expected to liaise with our internal teams as well as external companies including solicitors.

It will be expected that you have a high attention to detail and have an excellent and confident telephone manner. You will be using a bespoke database system so sound computer knowledge is essential, together with first class organisational skills.

You must possess superb customer service skills and have the enthusiasm to grow with an ambitious and expanding business. This role would suit anyone with credit control experience.
