Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter who is passionate about cleanliness, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment. Our Kitchen Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use, and assisting our chefs in any way necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment thoroughly and efficiently.
- Always ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen, including the storage and disposal of food waste.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management promptly.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
- There may, on occasion, be requirement to assist our chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.

**Requirements**:

- No experience necessary as full training will be given.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
