Sales Valuer

Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an ambitious Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator who is able to demonstrate all-round estate agency sales ability. Joining a small but experienced team, you will bring your strong listing credentialsto help grow market share across West Devon, Southeast Cornwall and Plymouth. Our client wants you to add more urban instructions as well as maintain their traditional rural/semi client portfolio which you can support through market appraisal generation orwinning instructions. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company which boasts a large network across its strong and recognisable Southwest brand.
Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

- Secure new market appraisals and support volume listings
- Maintain and build client contact
- Provide professional marketing advice
- Support the day-to-day sales operation
- Engaging and referring customers to internal departments
Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator role:

- Knowledge of core estate agency
