Looking for a hands-on job that lets you work outdoors? We’re looking for an Estates Maintenance Operative to provide an effective service to our properties, communal landscaped areas and retirement homes schemes.

**What you’ll be doing**

You'll be responsible for ensuring the areas we manage look their best at all times. You'll work outdoors, performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as weed control, pruning, digging, clearing, litter picking, hedge cutting, mowing, sweeping and more.

If you're passionate about working with your hands, enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, and have experience in general grounds maintenance work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **What we’re looking for**
- Experience of landscaping, grounds maintenance and grass cutting work in communal landscaped areas and domestic gardens
- The ability to safely operate and carry out daily checks, adjustments and basic maintenance on a variety of mechanised equipment such as lawn mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
- The ability to adhere to procedures, instructions and deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
