As the ER Advisor you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Employee relations case load across the business
- Guiding and advising all stakeholders
- High knowledge of employment law
- Coaching and guiding line managers
- Dealing with escalating ER Cases
- Supporting the HR team
- Some ad hoc project work

**The Successful Applicant**:

- CIPD (Desirable)
- Experienced handling larger ER caseloads
- High communication skills
- Coaching skills
- Knowledgeable on employment law
