Behaviour Support Assistant

A small setting that cater for children that are unable to access mainstream education, require a full time Behaviour Assistant to support on a 1:1 basis and in small classes with pupils education and social, emotional and mental health.

Each child has certain behaviours due to the life experiences they have been through, so need an empathetic and understanding mentor to help them through the rest of their education.

The role:
A welcoming and friendly setting

Is temporary but could become long-term and/or permanent foir the right person.

To start as soon in January 2023

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Is rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, creative and inspirational in their style and presence as a leader

Utilises a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions

Is caring and has the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and the well being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals and the local community

Protocol Education are required to take safeguarding steps which include:

- DBS check
- 3 year professional references and work experience, gaps listed
- Proof of address and right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
