Gloucester, United Kingdom Freemans Event Partners Full time

Freemans Event Partners are the leading provider of event and stadium public food and beverage in the UK. We require an in-house cleaner to clean our Head Office in Quedgeley and an additional office which is within walking distance.

The in-house cleaner will ensure all internal offices and facility areas are consistently cleaned on a rota basis and facility areas are replenished with consumables. We are looking for someone with previous experience in office cleaning and someone with excellent attention to detail.

**The role will involve;**
- Provide a high quality, professional cleaning service to all internal offices, facility areas and stairwells creating an excellent first impression.
- Clean internal glass and windows on a regular basis.
- Empty all bins throughout the offices.
- Sorting recycling throughout the offices.
- Replenish air fresheners as required.
- Maintain water stocks in fridges and replenish coffee machines with consumables.
- Wipe and polish doors and office furniture (telephones, monitors, keyboards, desks).
- Vacuum all carpets.
- Dust picture frames and clean the picture glass.
- Cleaning all toilet areas including washing floors.
- Cleaning all kitchens and the associated communal areas including washing floors and putting dishwasher on/washing up.
- Dust all other fixtures and fittings, including skirting, radiators, pipes, fire extinguishers and any other surfaces within reach.
- Wipe/disinfect door handles, doors, stair rails, window ledges.
- Water all office plants.
- Check and refill hand sanitizer throughout the buildings.
- Manage all cleaning equipment ensuring we have everything needed in stock and within budget.
- Replenish fruit bowls and ancillary supplies.
- Take into consideration sustainable solutions and best practices to ensure we take responsibility for reducing our impact on the environment and support the companywide sustainability strategy_._
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
- Previous experience of office cleaning.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative but escalate problems or questions as appropriate.
