**The Company**:
Our client knows that purchasing or selling a house can be a major life event. With our client, their customers have their own dedicated property lawyer to guide them every step of the way to ensure every thing runs as smoothly as possible. Their mission is to transform the conveyancing industry so that buying or selling a home is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

**The Role**:
On their behalf we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for interacting with customers and making sure things are done right, on time and accurately.

This will be a varied role and your role will involve:

- Following up with prospective customers to drive quote conversion and answer questions
- Supporting new customers through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote
- Ensure the Welcome Team are providing excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Assisting with administrative tasks to provide an effective and efficient conveyancing service
- Helping the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial recording and processing
- Supporting the marketing team with marketing activity and onboarding new referral partners

**The Person**:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who is or has:

- Ideally experience in a regulated environment such as financial services, insurance or legal or utilities
- A friendly and diligent customer service approach
- Previous sales / customer service / administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Warm and personable communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively

**The Salary**:
£24-30,000 with a quarterly bonus of 5% of salary.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
