**Work Hours**:

- Two 24-hour shifts are available per week, we are seeking either two part-time staff
- We are also open to a single individual willing to cover both shifts.
- Shifts comprise 15 daytime hours and a 9-hour sleep-in.

**Remuneration**:

- You can earn over £16 per hour in this role thanks to the sleep-in.
- The pay rates are due to be increased soon also (currently £10.72 weekdays, £11.75 weekends per hour, and £81 per sleep-ins).
- For example: (£11.72
- 15 + £81) / 15 hours = £16.12 effective rate

**Client Specific Information**:

- The client is a young woman residing independently in the Heaton area of Newcastle who requires 24-hour support.
- Your role will involve assisting her in maintaining her independence and contributing positively to her community.
- Your responsibilities will revolve around helping her through her rehabilitation program, particularly focusing on her engagement at home and within the community.

**Requirements**:

- A valid, clean UK driving license
- A strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and discretion
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to remain flexible and resilient under pressure
- Full training will be provided, but prior experience supporting individuals with a brain injury and learning difficulties would be beneficial.
- This role involves moving and handling (comprehensive training will be provided)
