**REED Accountancy **are delighted to be working exclusively with a unique retail business, based in Livingston.

My client is now recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their organisation and team on a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract.

The organisation is looking for a forward-thinking individual, that works well in a small team and is always wanting to take on new tasks.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Purchase Ledger Input
- Sales Ledger Input (incl Direct Orders and UPS Invoices)
- Bank Reconciliations (Various banks GBP & EUR)
- Petty Cash Rec
- Processing Staff Expenses
- Debtors - sending statements and chase if needed
- Credit Card expenses - data input from receipts - journal
- Journal postings to nominal ledger
- Processing BACS payments
- Purchase and Sales Ledger experience
- Confident on MS Excel
- Proactively build good working relationships
