We are With Intelligence. And we’re excited to be recruiting for a leader of our refocused, dynamic, Data Studio team.

The Head of Data Content is a critical role at With Intelligence that requires leadership and both strategic and operational excellence. The role will involve working across the business in delivering a variety of content streams that support the entire customer engagement journey.

As Head of Data Content, you will drive the creation and development of engaging data-led and content-led insights that showcase the benefits of With Intelligence’s data and expertise covering the asset management industry. You will be targeting both our existing subscribers and potential new ones, using innovative and creative storytelling formats across primarily, but not solely, digital channels.

In additional to leading a dedicated team of analysts and data journalists, you will be working closely with other lead stakeholders, including data research, editorial, product marketing and customer experience teams.

You should be passionate about data analysis, creating value-add insights, and using digital media as an effective storytelling tool. You should enjoy innovating and creating content in all aspects, from content experimentation to managing high-volume report schedules, to developing content strategy and effectively distributing workloads. You should see yourself as a doer, a strategist and a team leader all rolled into one.

**The Responsibilities.**:

- Extensive experience producing research commentary and data analysis, with a desire to step up and embark on a leadership role
- Strong business and data acumen, reporting capabilities and focus on measurable outcomes
- Willingness to experiment, take risks and creatively think of new angles to interpret data from across the business, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy in published content
- Strong analytical skills, with fluency in Excel and SQL. Additional data science and programming skills highly desirable
- Ability to angle content for a specific audience and a passion for data-driven storytelling
- A strong relationship builder who can work collaboratively with and influence stakeholders across diverse teams at all levels of the company
- Clear understanding of responsive design, content and conveying complex information in a way that readers can easily digest
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in financial services, FinTech or SaaS
