Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting an experienced Senior People Advisor to join their busy team.

As a Senior People Advisor you will be part of the HR Operations team and will assist in supporting colleagues and Business Leaders with a range of situations and queries by providing a first-class service in all areas of employee relations.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to a range of stakeholders
- Assist with project work driven by the People Partners
- Coach and support People Managers to confidently manage employee issues with mínimal intervention with a focus on risk management
- Support recruitment team in recruiting the right people for the right roles
- Provide HR insight support to managers and employees
- Manage a range of routine and complex HR related cases from end to end
- Oversee case management of ER issues
- Follow the data by making recommendations in relation to staff turnover, sickness and long-term absence
- Calculate holiday allowances/balances
- Support and guide Managers and Employees on wellbeing matters
- Manage health issues by coaching managers to conduct welfare meetings and making medical referrals via a GP or Occupational Health provider
- Advise and provide solutions consistent with Company Policies and Procedures and in line with employment legislation
- Continually act as a performance improvement driver provoking changes in performance and people management
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- A genuine desire to help people
- Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a range of HR issues to Stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of supporting through change eg harmonisation of T&Cs or restructures
- Excellent understanding of employment legislation
- Experience of managing/advising on complex ER cases from end to end
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and ACAS guidelines

Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting an experienced Property Management Officer to join their busy team.

The main purpose of the Property Management Officer is to effectively manage properties on behalf of the appointed receiver of rent in order to minimise losses. Within the role you would be dealing with tenants, managing agents and authorised third parties whilst working with the regulatory framework.

**Key Duties**:

- Ensure the correct property strategy is recommended through the careful and detailed analysis of valuations, rental value, actual and anticipated costs, tenant / property profiles and relevant mortgage account data
- Manage your own caseload, ensuring service level agreements, KPIs and the receiver’s objectives are achieved
- Proactively manage caseload costs through the monitoring and control of property / tenant related expenditure
- Proactively monitor tenant arrears and sales and lettings activity
- Identify and assist with the development and delivery of processes, procedures and training
- Assist with ensuring the necessary quality controls exist within the team and service standards are adhered to
- Handling and monitoring maintenance issues with the use of appointed third party contractors
