Join the ranks of one of Cirencester’s most established employers on a 3-month temporary contract as Customer Administrator. Offering a competitive £12 and hour, rising to £13.74 after 12 weeks, you’ll work Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm on a hybrid basis post training.

**As Customer Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- To provide administrative and telephone support to the Client Liaison Case Handlers
- To work with the Case Handlers to data gather and collate the information required to investigate
- Data entry/ working on spreadsheets
- To manage and complete daily tasks, including chasing responses/files, chasing information from third parties and requesting fiche and information from the Administration Centres
- Responding to customer communications

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Experience in a similar administration role
- Competent Excel skills are essential.
- Computer Literacy
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A good eye for detail
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to efficiently prioritise

**The role**:
As Customer Administrator, you’ll spend your days working within a friendly and supportive team, contributing to the completion of daily administrative tasks. With a focus on assisting within a vital project for our client, you’ll earn £12 per hour in this 3-month contract role, with the potential of extension.

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
