Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) Ltd is a financial services organisation which focuses on financial planning that ranges from Investments, Pensions, Mortgages, Protection, and General Insurance. Rosemount has a network of Financial Advisers across the entirety of the UK. Due to our continued success, we are seeking a confident and motivated administrator to join our busy team in the head office in Basingstoke.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team in a role that can offer plenty to learn with the scope for future development a supportive environment.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, together with being able to work efficiently and enthusiastically with a proactive approach.
Skills Required:
- IT skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate desire to provide superior service
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Hours 08:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
