Job Introduction
As a **Kitchen Porter **at **Waterloo Lines, **You'll be one of the key catering staff, without you.. we cant run our kitchens efficiently. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.
**What you’ll do**:
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations
- Work closely with the chefs and larger catering team, to ensure the running of kitchen and dining facilities is efficient and smooth
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used correctly, and report any faults to your line manager
- Assist with deliveries, replenishing stock and its rotation
- Waste disposal in a safe, thorough, timely manner
**What you bring**:
- Basic food-handling knowledge
- A good sense personal and environmental safety
- Willing to learn new skills and gain experience whilst in the role
- No previous work experience required
