**Job description**

Venari Group Ltd is the largest and fastest growing emergency vehicle manufacturer in the UK, specialising in the conversion of Ambulances and Fire Appliances. Employing over 170 people across our 124,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space in Goole and Brighouse we are revolutionising our industry and making a real difference to our frontline key workers.

**Job Summary**:
To effectively manage both equipment and people within manufacturing process to defined targets on Production and Efficiency, H&S, Quality & Environment, Cost.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To achieve production targets
- Select the appropriate sealant type based on the surface material and environmental factors.
- Inspect the sealed surfaces for any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- To motivate, support and inspire team members to strive to succeed.
- To comply with the company Policy & Procedures.
- To maintain housekeeping within area of responsibility, promoting good H&S, Quality and Environment standards all times.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaborative working.

The hours for this role are **8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday / 8.00 am to 2.00 pm on Friday. This is based on 38 hours per week.**
