VPZ are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way.

We are looking for a Business Graduate to join our team in Head Office and work directly with our Directors. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to gain exposure to what it takes to run a successful business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Shadow our Directors on a day to day basis
- Attend meetings with Directors and take notes of any actions and follow up any relevant points
- Assist in managing workload including diary management and dealing with enquiries
- Maintain effective communications and foster good relations with stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as required
- A degree essential at 2:1 or above. All specialisms considered
- Minimum 6-12 months experience either full time or part time
- The most important bit is your talent, determination and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work
- Have a high understanding of all Microsoft Office programmes, specifically the ability to analyse data through Microsoft Excel
