**Position Overview**:
As a Barista/Server at Bronzo, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision

and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and pastries.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash register transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertops,

and dining areas.
- Uphold our quality and service standards, ensuring each customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista and customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our offerings.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn about our dishes and wine selection.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- An appreciation for the essence of family-run Italian bistro.
