**Challenge-trg Recruitment is looking for Cleaners to work part time at the local hospital in the Pontypool area.**

**Enhanced cleaning provides a clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors and helps to reduce the spread of Health Care Acquired Infections.**

**Role and responsibilities**:
**Responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks of clinical and non-clinical areas using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and cleaning products, to the method and frequencies required.**

**Cleaning of all types of floor surfaces, furnitures, fixtures and fittings, wall surfaces and doors.**

**Clean wash hand basins, showers, baths, toilets, urinals and fittings.**

**Collect waste for disposal; replace waste bags & clean waste bins.**

**Replenish disposable items - toilet paper, hand towels, paper rolls and soap.**

**Clean dispensers and holders, internally and externally.**

**Specialist cleaning tasks when necessary, requiring the use of steam cleaners and HPV equipment.**

**Shifts available**:
**14:00 - 18:30 (13.5 - 18 h p/week)**

**Pay rates**:
**£10.62 per hour - Monday to Friday**

**£14.97 per hour - Saturdays / or after 8 PM Monday to Friday**

**£19.43 OT per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays**

**Immediate start available **

**Experience will be an advantage **

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 13,5-18 per week

**Salary**: £10.62-£19.43 per hour
