**Lettings Valuer/Manager**
As a Lettings Valuer/Manager you will either already be in the role or have spent time building your knowledge and experience in a negotiator role and have demonstrated you are now ready to step across into the valuing area of our business. You will focus on winning business by delivering an exceptional service to your clients, building effective relationships, and doing right by your client, in turn beginning to build your reputation as a skilful, respectful, and talented agent.

- You will play an active part in lettings meetings, updating the team on successes and plans.

**OTE - £31,000 - £36,000**
**Location - Folkestone Area**
**Work Pattern - 5 days a week**

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- A full UK Driving Licence and own your own car
- Maths and English Grade C or above
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
