**ER Advisor**

**Weekly pay ** Pension contribution ** Paid annual leave**
- Happy to travel to office in Wimbledon part-week?
- Available for a min of 3 months, with potential to be extended further?
- Keen to work closely with HR Manager and alongside HR Assistants on a range of operational and ER tasks?

**Key responsibilities**:

- You’ll be mainly office based, with very occasional trips to sites.
- Happy to focus upon and be responsible for a range of ER cases across the business.
- Keeping everyone updated on activities at Head Office at all stages, and recording any actions on the HR database for future reference.
- Coach and guide managers on day to day ER issues, such as absence management, performance management, flexible working, welfare and wellbeing meetings, AWOL, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Manage and review Occupational Health referrals
- Working with the HRM to review / reset procedures and documentation including policy, letters, reports etc. as they arise.

**The ideal exposure you’ll have will include**:

- Previous experience in a multi-sited or retail environment would be beneficial
- Experience in handling end to end case management including sensitive and complex cases
- Employment Law / CIPD qualification (or working towards) would desirable
- Experienced at handling sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements.
